| I have known Sandy Perry personally now for 8 1/2 years. Her sparkling personality and her "get up and go" type of person made it very easy for me to decide who I would select to list my home with. Sandy is very pleasant and very trustworthy. She listed my home in a very professional like manner and it sold within 10 days after it went on the market. | On our doctors advice, we decided to downsize to a one story house. We called Sandy immediately and told her of our decision and she found a house for us in 1 day. She then listed our current home and had a contract within 10 days for almost asking price. She marketed our home in a most professional manner with a virtual tour, ads in Homes and Land and other means of advertising. The day before closing we had a leak caused by the water line hooked to the icemaker(The movers neglected to clamp it off)which caused the ceiling to cave in. Needless to say, Sandy had contractors at the house that day and the next day and made sure all the repairs were done before closing. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and has not been "Just a Realtor" to us but someone who cares about the people she works with. | ||

| We first met Sandy at an Open House, where she charmed us with her friendly and encouraging nature, one that would lead us to choose her as our selling agent as well. With two houses on our hands, we were at a lost as to what we should do. Trying first to sell the house without any modifications, many buyers complained about the wallpaper, and seemingly unkept state of things. After three months of slight price reductions, we still could not find anyone willing to buy. At a loss, we debated taking our house off the market or renting it, but Sandy persuaded us to hold on a bit longer. More importantly, she took a step forwards and volunteered to pay for wallpaper removal and painting before the sale if we would reimburse her when we were financially stable. We were overjoyed at her proposal and agreed heartily. Upon completion of the job, Sandy also took it on to herself to decorate some, moving in furniture and paintings under the guidance of an interior designer. Just weeks after the job was finished, we received an offer on the house. For her generosity and amicable personality, we fully recommend Sandy Perry to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
